Timothy T. Flynn

With extensive experience in civil litigation and workers' compensation, attorney Timothy T. Flynn appears regularly before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, primarily as a representative of employers or their insurance companies.
Mr. Flynn is a Captain in the United States Naval Reserve, Judge Advocate General's Corps and also possesses a lifetime teaching credential in Law at California Community Colleges. He is also a member of the Serra Club.
